Gandinnovations is headquartered in the Toronto area in a state of the art 185,000, 65,000 and a 30,000 square foot facility, totaling to 280,000 sq ft.
In addition to accommodating design, development and manufacturing, this site also has a huge modern demonstration area that can facilitate 8 printers, where customers come to evaluate the printers using their own images.
Gandinnovation’s product line includes the Jeti 3312; a 10.5 foot roll-to-roll solvent printer using 12 Spectra print heads as well as the newest addition to the product line, the Jeti 3324. The Jeti 3324 is a 24 Spectra print head roll-to-roll solvent printer with several technological upgrades including an automated head wiping system.
Both the Jeti 3312 and Jeti 3324 grand-format printers are available in dye-sub. Dye-sublimation allows the images to print straight to woven and non-woven fabrics with a heat transfer press or directly to flag material with heat activation.
The Jeti 5024, a five-meter super wide roll-to-roll solvent printer, is the largest printer in the Gandinnovations line.
Gandinnovation’s Jeti 3150 (48) X-2 UV True Flatbed, is a 1.5 by 3 meter high-speed flatbed printer that uses 48 Spectra print heads to print on rigid substrates.
The Jeti 3324 Aquajet & 1224 NanoJet in May 2008 take Drupa, Germany by storm and steal the show. The AquaJet a 3 meter water based disperesed dye digital printer and the 1224 Nano Jet a 8 ft x 4 ft photo-realistic printer (UV) which will print on virtual any material under 2 inche thick also revealed at the show the Jeti 3348 Jetspeed a UV roll to roll digital printer which will print on P.E. materials at upto 2500 sqft hr.
Increasingly, production print shops are looking to differentiate their capabilities by offering a broader range of output capabilities such as imaging onto metal, wood and glass in addition to the more traditional materials such as vinyl, canvas and other flexible synthetic materials.
