    3312 / 3324 DS  | Dye sublimation

The Jeti Dye Sublimation (DS) models are available on the Jeti 3312 with 12 heads and Jeti 3324 with 24 heads, both are 3.3m (10’10”) print width and use the same specifications as the solvent models. The Jeti DS series is now available in 6 color 600 dpi resolution with equal or better quality than any large format inkjet printer in the market. The Jeti DS models use a unique combination of oil and solvent in the ink formulation that produces vibrant and durable graphics that will not wash out of the fabric. The Jeti DS prints on fabric, flag, banner and textile materials creating bright, non-fading colors that “pop.”  The Jeti DS prints to both transfer paper or directly to fabrics. Flag materials are especially effective by printing on one side achieving a double-sided image. A heat laminating press is needed after printing on transfer paper or directly on fabric to sublimate the colors, which makes them permanent and vibrant. Heat press sold separately.

Spectra High Performance Piezoelectric Jetting Assembly, quantity 12 on the 3312 DS and 24 on the 3324.

Print Resolution
Prints high quality at True 600 dpi 6 color (1200 apparent).
Also available in 300 dpi.

Media Dimensions
Roll substrate Max size: 3.3 meter/ 10'6” wide. Max diameter of roll is 0.3281m(12") on a 7.62cm (3”) inside core.

Media Types
Many different types of polyester fabrics.
(Must have at least 50% polyester content.)

Solven inks will last 1 -3 years depending on location. Clear top coating doubles the print life.

Choice of Onyx PosterShop, Wasatch SoftRip included.

EPS, Tiff, RGB, PostScript Level 3 etc.

Dye Sub process requires you to first print on a transfer paper and then transfer through a HeatLaminating Press onto a polyester base fabric to apply the graphics.

IMPROVED SPEEDS on all resolutions, call for latest speeds on 600 dpi and 300 dpi.
